Disclaimer and Image Use

Design illustrations, not products

Every design on Mangalsutra Design is an original digital illustration made as an idea. It is not a photo of a product for sale. Real pieces will differ in finish, size and weight.

Weights and prices

Weights shown are approximate guides only. Gold rates change daily and making charges differ between jewellers, so always confirm the final weight, purity (look for the BIS hallmark and HUID) and price in the shop before you buy.

Traditions

Customs around the mangalsutra differ between families, communities and regions. What we describe is general information, not religious advice.
